Uconnect 16.16.13

Did you see if their was a different version from where you downloaded the file? For example, the 200 forums had an RA3 and RA4 firmware version. There was also someone on the Hell Cat forum that had a similar issue as you.

In that thread it was mentioned that the 15 & 16 update iso that was posted was for RA4 radios only. Op, I believe this is your issue. The 17.11.7 downloaded was for a radio that had nav installed from the factory(ra4).

So I'm running the latest 16.16.13 and I cannot get the prompt for 17.11.07. When I go to uconnect.com and enter my vin to check for updates, it says I need to update to 16.16.13. Why can't the 17 update be a computer USB download from uconnects website!?! Apr 23, 2017  I am still on 16.16.13, the last downloaded version. The ra3 radios could be upgraded to nav later but have some differences like upgraded nav WILL NOT have 3d maps. The version you need to download would be the ra3 version with/without nav maps not sure on that one specifically as I dont have that radio, and then use the nav stick to update the nav files. The root issue is the firmware knows the radio you have is not compatible with the firmware you downloaded. The easy way to tell would be the file size of the download. The ra3 radio download should be about 4-5 gigs, the ra4 download is about 9 gigs.

Hello everyone! So I cant seem to upgrade my uconnect firmware. My Challenger never got the Over the Air update. Whenever I use the uconnect website and input my VIN it comes back that its already up to date. Well im sure many of you can personally attest that's wrong. As far as I know the latest version is 17.11.37. After some research its clear Uconnect isn't aware of the situation.

As such I browsed the web and was able to at least find a 17.11.07 file. However upon following the instructions it still wont update. I've tripled checked the instructions and made sure I was using the correct file, but everytime the Screen goes to white, I get 'System Product mismatch, Stick contains VP4 but target is VP3. Please remove USB stick to reset.' I wanted to be able to upgrade my nav at the very least, but I can do that without at least having 17.11.07. I already bought the NAv stick upgrade and everything.

Uconnect customer support has no clue what they are talking about, and my dealership references the same firmware look up site as uconnect. Does anyone have any ideas or workarounds? Ideally I like the latest 17.11.37, but I would at least settle for 17.11.07. To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater.

I'll also continue my search for the latest update, 11.17.37 I got the update from the exact location you got yours and it installed without issue - mine is the RA4 radio, however. After months of dealing with Uconnect and Dodge, I just gave up on them updating my VIN to indicate it has the RA4 radio installed even though the dealer successfully got it added as a 'dealer installed' option. I needed it in order to update my NAV software, so, downloaded it from the Canadian site and installed. NAV update installed without issue as well. FYI, however - IT DID kill my sport mode so I, too, have been on the hunt for a downloadable version of 17.11.37 since my car does not have the 'sharkfin' antenna and will therefor never receive the OTA update.
